Challenge
The client was expanding its overseas plant with a new internal mixer and needed a matching automated mixer feeding system. Local experience in rubber machinery installation was lacking, so delivery time and on-site service were the key requirements.
Our Solution
Configured the mixer feeding system to the client's mixer specifications (carbon black scale / oil scale / compound scale + pneumatic conveying), delivered as a complete machine by sea freight. Engineers carried out on-site installation and commissioning and trained the local operating team; HopeMixer provides an English-language interface.
Results
The system arrived on schedule and installation and commissioning were completed. After training, the local team operates it independently, a remote service channel was established, and follow-up equipment orders have built a long-term partnership.
