Challenge
The client runs more than 100 seal recipes. Manual small chemicals batching had a high error rate and heavy dust exposure, capacity fell short in peak season, and the client's quality system imposed batch traceability requirements.
Our Solution
Deployed an intelligent multi-station automated small chemicals batching system, with stations and scale groups configured according to the recipe range, plus mistake-proof identification and automatic feeding. The HopeMixer control system was integrated with the existing internal mixers, and batching records are archived automatically.
Results
Small chemicals batching is now unmanned, weighing errors dropped significantly, batching records meet traceability audit requirements, and the peak-season batching capacity bottleneck was eliminated.
