Project Overview

Challenge
The client was building a new passenger car tire plant. The mixing workshop faced several challenges: parallel production of multiple compounds (tread, sidewall, innerliner, etc.), stringent local environmental approval procedures, a local shortage of skilled batching workers, and a tight construction schedule.
Our Solution
Turnkey solution: mixer feeding systems matched to large-capacity internal mixers; carbon black pneumatic conveying with centralized supply from monthly storage silos; an intelligent automated small chemicals batching system enabling unmanned batching; film cooling machines synchronized with the main machines' cycle; RCO/RTO exhaust gas treatment meeting local emission standards; HopeMixer + MES for batch traceability.
Results
The complete line was delivered on schedule and passed the local environmental acceptance inspection on the first attempt. The batching process now runs with minimal staffing, and full batch data traceability provides the data foundation for subsequent quality system certification.
