VOCs Treatment Retrofit for a Tire Plant Mixing Workshop in North China
Project Overview
[Template example - to be replaced with a real disclosable case before launch] Environmental treatment retrofit for an existing mixing workshop, solving fugitive dust emissions and VOCs odor problems.
Challenge
The client's mixing workshop was built many years ago. Dust escaped visibly during feeding and mixing operations, VOCs odor generated heavy complaint pressure from nearby residents, and tightened local environmental standards imposed a mandatory treatment deadline.
Our Solution
Implemented a combined process — enclosed collection retrofit + baghouse dust collection + zeolite rotor concentration + RCO catalytic combustion — with zoned construction to minimize the impact on production, plus networked online emission monitoring.
Results
After the treatment system was commissioned, fugitive emissions in the workshop were brought under control, emission data stably meet local standards, the project passed environmental acceptance, and the odor complaint problem was resolved.
