Batch-off Cooling Machine

The batch-off cooling machine is key equipment of the downstream system, continuously cooling the high-temperature rubber sheets discharged from the internal mixer to prevent scorching and ensure the storage performance of the rubber compound. After being dipped in the anti-tack agent water tank, the rubber sheet enters the hanging cooling rack; a combined water + air cooling method is adopted, with variable-frequency speed regulation linked to the mixer discharge rhythm. Cooled sheets are automatically collected and stacked, ready for the next process or temporary storage.
