Our Products
The rubber weighing and feeding system performs the unwinding, weighing and automatic feeding of raw rubber/masterbatch into the internal mixer, and consists of three parts: a rubber sheet unwinding machine, a rubber scale and a belt conveyor.
Six size classes are available according to internal mixer volume. After the rubber sheet is unwound by the unwinding machine, it is conveyed to the rubber scale; once the recipe setpoint is reached, the belt conveyor automatically feeds it into the internal mixer, with weighing data uploaded to the control system in real time.
