Our Products
The intelligent multi-station automated small chemicals batching system is designed for unmanned batching of small powdered ingredients (accelerators, antioxidants, vulcanizing agents, colorants and other compounding ingredients).
The system consists of 8–24 storage stations and 4–24 high-precision electronic scales, with a single-scale weighing range of 5–60 kg, a graduation of 1 g, and a daily batching capacity of 1000–1500 batches. According to recipe instructions, it automatically completes material picking, weighing and discharging; an error-proof identification mechanism verifies the weighing sequence and material identity. Batch bags are automatically sealed and transferred to the feeding station, fully replacing the inefficiency and error risks of manual batching.
Features
· 8–24 stations and 4–24 scales, configured by number of recipe ingredients
