Pneumatic Conveying System

The pneumatic conveying system transports powdered and granular materials such as carbon black in a fully enclosed pipeline from the unpacking station/silo to the day silo or weighing hopper above the internal mixer — it is the core conveying link of the mixer feeding system. Four conveying process forms are available: twin-pipe, single-pipe, nitrogen circulation and negative pressure, selectable according to material characteristics (crushing sensitivity, explosion-proof requirements), conveying distance and plant structure. The entire pipeline is enclosed and works with a dust collection system of 650–2500 m³/h air volume, achieving a workshop environment free of dust spillage.

Suitable for large-scale carbon black conveying in tire plants, powder workshop upgrades in rubber product plants, and mixing workshops with explosion-proof requirements (nitrogen circulation form). Pipeline routing is designed according to internal mixer capacity and plant layout; available for new installations or retrofits.
