Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS)

The automated warehouse is designed for automated storage and logistics management of rubber compounds, semi-finished products and finished products. Through the combination of high-rise racking, stacker cranes/shuttle cars, conveyor lines and WMS/WCS software, it realizes automated inbound storage, first-in-first-out (FIFO) outbound and precise bin location management of rubber compounds, and is linked with the mixing MES — automatic pallet allocation according to production plans and automatic outbound by batch, eliminating manual handling errors and compound scrapping caused by last-in-first-out expiration.
