VOCs Comprehensive Treatment System for Mixing Workshop (RCO/RTO)

Mixing and milling processes in mixing workshops generate high-concentration VOCs exhaust containing rubber fumes, oil mist and odors, requiring a systematic collection and treatment solution. The system is designed along the path of "collection — pretreatment — concentration — oxidation — discharge": enclosed workshop collection and baghouse dust removal perform dust pretreatment; high-volume, low-concentration exhaust is concentrated by a zeolite rotor wheel and then enters an RCO (regenerative catalytic oxidizer) or RTO (regenerative thermal oxidizer) unit for oxidative decomposition, achieving compliant discharge.
