HopeMixer Intelligent Mixer Feeding Control System

HopeMixer is an intelligent mixer feeding control software with independent intellectual property rights — the "brain" of the entire mixer feeding system. The system handles recipe management, weighing process monitoring, feeding sequence control and batch data management: recipes are issued with hierarchical permissions, the weighing process is monitored in real time with out-of-tolerance alarms, feeding data of each batch is automatically archived with report generation, and upward integration with the MES system enables workshop-level data connectivity.
