MES Manufacturing Execution System for Rubber Mixing Workshop

The MES manufacturing execution system for rubber mixing workshops receives production plans from the ERP system above and schedules the mixer feeding system and internal mixers below, realizing information-based management of workshop production. Core functions cover production scheduling, recipe issuance, batch weighing data collection, quality inspection (QMS), first-in-first-out and inventory management of rubber compounds (WMS), production dashboards and traceability reports. Data is recorded throughout the entire process from feeding to sheeting for every batch of compound; when a quality abnormality occurs, the flow of products of the same batch can be precisely located.
