Comprehensive Environmental Treatment Solution for Mixing Workshops
Systematic treatment of dust and VOCs exhaust in mixing workshops: enclosed capture + bag dust collection + zeolite rotor concentration + RCO/RTO oxidation — pass environmental acceptance the first time.
Application Scenarios
The mixing workshop is the environmental focus of a rubber plant: carbon black unloading and feeding generate dust, while mixing and milling operations generate high-concentration VOCs exhaust containing rubber fumes, oil mist and odors. As environmental regulations tighten worldwide, both new and existing workshops face treatment and retrofit needs.
The solution covers enclosed capture retrofit, dust collection systems, VOCs oxidation treatment and online monitoring, custom-designed to local emission standards and workshop air volumes.
Solution Configuration
Treatment path:
- Enclosed capture: local enclosure and capture at mixer feed ports, discharge ports, open mills and other points — control of fugitive emission sources
- Dust pre-treatment: bag dust collection system intercepts carbon black dust, protecting downstream equipment
- Concentration & air reduction: high-volume, low-concentration exhaust is adsorbed and concentrated by a zeolite rotor — air volume reduced, concentration increased
- Oxidation: RCO (regenerative catalytic oxidation) or RTO (regenerative thermal oxidizer) selected by concentration and operating conditions
- Monitoring & discharge: online monitoring with network data reporting
Service scope: solution design → equipment manufacturing → installation (Grade II qualification) → commissioning & acceptance → O&M outsourcing.
Solution Value
- Compliant emissions: high-efficiency RCO/RTO thermal oxidation, stably meeting emission limits
- Improved workshop environment: dust and odors treated together, better occupational health conditions
- Energy optimized: zeolite rotor concentration (air reduction & concentration boost) + regenerative heat recovery keeps operating costs under control
- Qualified contractor: Grade II environmental engineering contracting qualification — design, construction and acceptance in one
- First-time acceptance: familiar with environmental acceptance procedures, avoiding repeated rectification
